I have known Shah for over 30 years. He always was concerned about "The Quality of Life" of AV professionals. I saw him trying to form a local Association of AV companies / owners with the main goal of helping improve both the quality and standard of lives of their employees. I understand he is working on quite a few internet platforms meant to provide education, information, and facilitate networking. I would ask all in the industry to join and support his causes. I will also do whatever I can to help him succeed.
